A Wells Fargo profitja 17 százalékkal emelkedett az idei második negyedévben, a volatilis piacok által fűtött kereskedési üzletág és az erős hitelpiaci tevékenység miatt sikerült jól a negyedév a banknak. Az Egyesült Államok negyedik legnagyobb bankjának befektetési banki részlege is kiemelkedő teljesítményt nyújtott. A bank részvényárfolyama 1,4 százalékkal emelkedett a nyitás előtti kereskedésben a jelentés közzétételét követően.
