Kiszivárgott: itt vannak a vagyonadó részletei!

Elkészült a pénzügyminisztériumi előterjesztés a vagyonadóról, amely az egymilliárd forint feletti nettó magánvagyonra vetne ki 1 százalékos adót. A tervezet nemcsak az ingatlanokat, hanem a bankszámlán tartott pénzt, értékpapírokat, céges részesedéseket és egyéb befektetéseket is figyelembe venné, írja a Blikk. Az ingatlanok értékelésére többféle módszert dolgoztak ki, a vagyonkezelésbe vagy magánalapítványba helyezett vagyon pedig nem mentesülne az adó alól. A dokumentum egyelőre nem tekinthető a kormány hivatalos álláspontjának, a szabályok még változhatnak. A Pénzügyminisztérium hatásvizsgálata szerint a vagyonadó évente várhatóan 150–200 milliárd forint bruttó többletbevételt hozhatna a központi költségvetésnek. Ez alacsonyabb sáv annál, mint amennyit a kormány eddig jelzett és amennyit a szakértők becsültek.
